In compliance with the duty of information set out in article 10.1 LSSI, the following details are recorded:

AIPropHub is a platform that connects home buyers with estate agencies and with professionals who issue valuations. Access to the site is free of charge, other than the cost of the connection provided by the user’s own telecommunications provider.

Using the site confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. The conditions applying to services contracted through the platform are set out in the Terms and Conditions, which prevail over this notice in everything concerning the contractual relationship.

The contents of the site — text, photographs, graphics, images, technology, software, graphic design and source code — belong to the operator or to third parties who have authorised their use. No exploitation right over them is to be understood as assigned to the user.

Photographs of the published properties belong to the agencies or owners who supply them, and are published with their authorisation and under their responsibility as to their accuracy.

The operator is responsible for the site’s own content. The information on each property — price, floor area, registry position, charges and occupancy status — is supplied by the advertising agency, which is responsible for its accuracy and for keeping it up to date.

The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site nor the absence of errors, and is not liable for damage arising from causes beyond its reasonable control. None of this limits the rights that consumer law gives users.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the site, where the user is a consumer, the courts of the consumer’s domicile shall have jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable rules.
